FAQ
What are your shipping charges? 
Shipping is included in our price. We use EMS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, depending on suitability. Packages are marked up as gifts and therefore are not usually subject to duties and taxes. Check with you local customs if you're not sure, as all duties are the responsibility of the recipient. 

How can I pay by credit card online? 
We use Paypal and StormPay to accept an order online credit card payment, simply click the "order" button for the painting you want to purchase and follow all the instructions we provide. You will be directed to the Paypal or StormPay Login page depending on what you choose and asked for your user name and password, on the order page you will see “Artfluent Enterprises” as the merchant (Carsart.com) and the item you have ordered together with the price. Submit your order providing the details requested and we will confirm you order details by email.  

How can I pay by credit card over the phone? 
For you security we do not take orders over the phone or by fax.

How can I pay by check/money order through the mail? 
To place an order by mail, simply contact us by email, include all the items you want to purchase to your email. We will send you an email by return with our bank details. Once we have cleared you funds we will process your order. 

What if my shipping and billing addresses are different? 
If you are paying by credit card you can have your bill and package sent to different addresses. After choosing to pay online make sure you include your shipping information address email and telephone. 

When will you charge my credit card? 
We don't your payment goes to Paypal , we don't receive payment from them until after your package is shipped. NB. We do not have your credit card information, we keep your shipping records and your e-mail address; this information is kept secure and private by Carsart.com.

How else can I pay?
You can pay by echeck via Paypal we also accept payments via ikobo or if you prefer you can use Westernunion money transfer, email us for details if you want to pay for a painting using Western Union.

Do you accept bank transfers
Yes, we have bank accounts in the UK, USA and Thailand, so depending where you are you can deposit funds directly to our bank account contact us for details.

Do you accept Paypal? 
Yes we do.

Can I special order an item that is not on your site? 
Yes, large part of our business is commissions. Send us you original by post or email and we will send you a quotation for the work. If you confirm the order we will give you payment instructions by email.

What are your shipping options? 
Shipping is FREE for wholesale orders please contact Customer Service.

How do you package your paintings? 
Paintings are shipped rolled - never folded - in mint condition and in strong poster tubes to assure their safe arrival. Throughout our packing and shipping process we take exceptional care to see your order will arrive to you in perfect condition.

How long will it take to receive my package? 
Each painting is produced within 1-2 weeks of receiving the order, normal delivery times 1-2 weeks, so you should expect to receive it at your door 2- 5 weeks. We will keep you informed from the day you order with regular email updates of the progress of your personally created masterpiece. 

What should I do if my package has not yet arrived? 
You should first review shipping times (above) to see if your package is late. If your package is indeed late, please contact us.

What should I do if my package was damaged while being shipped? 
Please e-mail us with your Carsart.com Order ID, name, and any other relevant information. Thank you. 

What is your return policy? 
If you purchase a painting from us and are unhappy with it you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of 80% of the retail price (we do not refund shipping). Or you may prefer a store credit for the full price of the painting. We are not obliged to issue a refund after the 30-day window has passed.

Is this painting an original? 
Yes absolutely, each picture is painted by hand and signed by our artist, without using any mechanical aides. Even if someone orders the same painting, they will not be identical. 

Is this painting in stock?
No, we don't keep stock; we do have some paintings in our gallery, which we offer in the 'special offers' promotions section on this site. 

Is the image accurate? 
Each painting is created by hand and therefore will always be an interpretation of an original. If you feel that we have placed an image on our site that doesn't accurately represent the painting you received, we will refund your money in full. 

What if the dimensions on the site do not match the painting I receive? 
All of the dimensions listed are standard sizes. It's normal to round up the dimensions. However, this difference is generally about .5'' to 1.5''. If you find that the painting you received is not the correct size, please email Customer Service for assistance.  

Do you have a catalogue? 
No - we only have the online catalogue on this website. 

Do you sell wholesale? 
Yes please email us with details of your requirements.
